my truck is a 98' ford f 150 lariat, v8 with the 5.4 liter. The other day im driving home from work, started smelling a STRONG fluid/coolant smell coming into the cab of vehicle. Checked under the hood once home an found no leaks, no hoses busted, radiator an fluids seemed fine. Next few days it has been doing the same. I have high miles, 217,523 to be close on it, an it does burn oil. I change it regular an keep plenty of oil handy. Question is, what could be causing the smell? It stinks inside cab, when sitting or driving, blowing ac or not. Thought maybe ac condenser has lot of condensation so i tried turning fans on high for few miles- nothing seems to work.Has been smelling for coupla days now. Any advice would be helpful, an appreciate responding. Thanks
