I replaced r-side rear axle and both sides bearings but there is some noise and play in axle after 1500miles. Could there have been some metal left behind that could cause this problem. I pulled the fill plug and there was a lot of metal on the magnet. If I have to replace it all again how do I prevent this next time. thanks

You need to identify where the metal shavings are coming from first. Also, when the axles are out, flush everything out to make sure there is nothing left behind.
