Electrical problem
1998 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 200k miles

I have a 98 f150. It runs great however if I start it in park its stuck in park but if I turn the ignition part of the way and put it in neutral and I start it it will change gears fine.But if I put it in park its stuck in park again. I have to turn it off. Turn the key to accessory mood and start it again. Now the same time this started the brake lights no longer work. I have checked fuses, changed ignition switch and the brake light switch. Does anyone have any ideas.
