I have a '98 Ford F150 that, for a couple of weeks when i would start it up it would kind of shake for a little bit and i just figured it needed to warm up because once it sat for a few minutes it would go away. Well, then one day i went somewhere (the truck had been perfectly fine on the way there) and when i got in the truck to leave it made a very loud knocking noise. Well, come to find out a mechanic told me that the head gasket is blown. My question is....A. how much do head gaskets usually go for on a '98 Ford F150 and B. is it worth fixing or should i just get a new vehicle?
