1998 Ford F150 brake warning lights

hello my problem is with my interior warning break lights both ((ABS)) and BREAK! light up at all times on my dash...im just wondering why this is? and if there is anything that i can do? and my break fluid is full, and no leaks that i can see. thank you

its the ABS system that need to be scanned for codes
get it scanned that will help to pin point the trouble area
