What's the reason behind the airbag warning light flashing 5 times, than 2 times, repeating this sequence 5 times before remaining solid?

Hello,
This could mean there is an issue with the Restraint Control Module (RCM). Faulty RCM can typically make the light flash and then stay on solid.
That module is located behind right side (Passenger Side) of the instrument panel.
A good first step would be to scan the retrieve the air bag code(s). This can be done with a scanner that is capable of reading SRS codes.
