My air went out.. The fan will not blow.. However if i am riding down the road above 45 mph or so and put it on A/C it will blow out cold air very low. What's wrong?

Either the blower motor has gone bad or there is a problem before it. What you need to do is check to see if there is power to the motor itself. If there is, replace the blower motor. If there is no power, let me know and I'll tell you what the next step is.

Before checking the motor, make sure there are no blown fuses.
