1997 Ford F150 Squealing noise in the belt area

Hi, I have a problem with a high peak squealing noise that makes the the engine at all times. I have tried the belt dressing, replaced the belt, but the noise is still there. What can I Do?

Remove the belt and check pulleys
I would suspect a bad idler pulley

need manual CHECK IT @
