1997 Ford F150 replace left front headlamp bulb

the coolant reservoir is in the way to replace the bulb in the left front headlight. how do i remove the reservoir so i can easily reach the headlamp bulb??===I'M A DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN WHO IS ON A SOCIAL SECURITY INCOME CHECK FOR MY FINANCES. I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY ANYTHING OUT OF POCKET.===CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME???===SINCERELY, TERRY TELLES

THere should be one bolt on the top of the resivour and the bottom is hinged.
