1997 Ford F150 key will not turn

my f150 is giving me a real problem. The key well not turn in and direction. i have tried turning the steering wheel no avail and i have tried new keys still nothing . Please give me some idea what is going on

try spraying the inside of the cylinder with graphite lock lube and hitting on it to try and knock down tumblers and see if that will turn it.

also make sure its fully in park have someone rock the vheicle while your turning the steering wheel also.
