Hello,
My 1998 F-150 has a code stored that I don't understand or know how tp fix. What do I need to correct if I am getting a "P1780" Code.

Thanks,

Thanks,
I do have a switch in the column for OD on\off but it is still functioning. Could it still be the problem component even if it is working when toggled?

i just relooked it up and found a long diagnostic chart that points to the od switch. thats all i have seen go wrong so it would be a good place to start. it is possible it is something else but you have to play the odds on this one, i think and put in the switch.
