Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
1997 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

When going from 4H to 2H nothing happens and the engine revs and the drive does not engage, the change is not mechanical it is selected by switch on the dasboard.

Suspect motor on transfer case
Check drive shaft and also do a code check, KOEO, KOER test
