I have 2 fords, one expedition 2000 model and an F150 1997 model, both were un-knowingly left in 4 wheel drive and taken up to highway speed. After I realized this I pulled over and turned the switch on the dash, but neither vehicle would come out of 4 wheel drive. I got under the vehicles and pulled the electric motor and switched them back to 2 wheel drive. Both trucks were taken to dealerships, but there were never any codes. I am open to discussions and help. I have put new motors in them, but they would not work neither one has any blown fuses.

PLEASE HELP
