1995 Ford F150 WINDSHEILD WIPER MOTOR REPLACEMENT

I HAVE REPLACED THE WIPER MOTOR ON MY TRUCK AND I HAVE CHECKED AND REPLACED FUSES IN THE PANEL INSIDE THE TRUCK AND THE OUTSIDE BOX UNDER THE HOOD. THERE IS VOLTAGE COMING FROM THE PLUG THAT GOES TO THE MOTOR ALSO. BUT THE WIPERS ARE STILL NOT WORKING. COULD YOU TELL ME WHAT ELSE TO CHECK OR TO REPLACE? I HAVE TO HAVE MY WIPERS FIXED TO PULL OUR HORSE TO AND FROM SHOWS. PLEASE HELP ME.

Check for power steering leaks for the steering problem and for a stretched serpentine belt, the disc rotors may be glazed up and a light machining may solve that problem and you will have to have the mirror removed to inspect the rubber weather seal behind it.
