1995 Ford F-150 Truck wont shut off

Replaced lock cylinder, will start truck but not shut it off. What thing should I look for?

Thank you for the donation.

The key lock cylinder is not turning the ignition switch to the off position. Check if the ignition switch is seated correctly and the bit for turning the ignition switch is not worn off too badly.
