We can't open the door with inside handle. The outside push latch will push in and open the door.
We have power locks and its locks and unlocks okay.
Can I fix this myself?

The problem may be the handle, but it may also be the latch itself. It is rather difficult to replace, but if you would like to give it a try, I would be glad to walk you through it.

The handle won't move on the inside. Is there a spring holding this?

I believe there is a rod that attaches the handle to the latch. Ether the handle is broken or the latch is, but you won't know for sure until you remove the inner door panel.
