Im not sure just looking for a opinion on this one. I ve been told many things on this one. The truck takes off fine drives fine. But after the Tranny warms up you get a steady Knock knock knock type sound when you slow down under 15 ( note this only happens in Neutral or with the clutch pedal depressed. I ve been told everything from bad throw out bearing, to worn U-Joints. Even the shop that put the clutch in has no idea what it could be.

Have you checked the u-joints? Also, can you tell aprox where the noise is coming from? It is interesting that you only hear it in neutral or with the clutch is in. At that point, there is no pressure on the drive line which make me think u-joint or even an output shaft bearing in the trans. Check for play in the driveshaft and let me know what you find.
