1995 Ford F150 Can't turn off the windshield wiper

I have a variable rate wind shield wiper control. Had it on the other day, turned if off and the wipers kept going. Can't get it to turn off. Would you know how to fix this or have any idea's what to do about it?

I would suspect bad park switch in the wiper motor

need manual CHECK IT @
