I have a '95 F150 w/ L6 and 5-speed. I had the clutch, slave and flywheel replaced about a year ago. Until recently all was well. I drive this truck hard. From standing start the tranny is very hard to shift into first especially after backing out....otherwise it drives fine and shifts normally while in motion. Any ideas?

about 145K on tranny and 20K on clutch. I'll check the fluid this evening. No grinding but it feels like I'm gonna bend the shift linkage trying to get it in gear, 2nd first no help, I should have been more clear, after backing out it is difficult to shift into any gear, even back to reverse,,,, usually drive it like I stole it lol
