having a problem with cold (morning) starts. Have installed a new ICM, rotor,cap,plugs,wires, breather cap,vac hoses

Has the check engine light come on? Have you replaced the temp snsor? Does it run good once warmed up?

yes we changed the temp sensor and the light comes on and goes intermittnet. we have noticed excessive build up of carbon on the plugs . We have taken them out and cleaned(they are new) twice. It seems to fire up ok after that. Can we go to a hotter plug??

Have you cleaned the MAF sensor.
