1994 Ford F150 serpantine belt

my serpantine belt keeps jumping off. i have replaced
the auto tensioner, pulley and belt. i have checked
all accessory pulleys and do not see a problem with any of them but problem continues to exist. what could be causing this?

Are all pullies aligned? Are you sure the belt is properly routed?
