when I turn the key to start, I do not hear the sound of the injectors being primed. Could this be a possible fuel sending unit. I check to see if I have spark which I do and I hear relays clicking but no fuel is being delivered.

Hi ransow and welcome to 2carpros

Start checking the fuel pump fuse and fuel pump relay and inertia switch and then comeback if further assistance needed.
