1994 Ford F150 Engine taps when started

I have a Ford F150 with a 5.0 engine that taps everytime you start it. The oil has been changed and still it taps.

Assume tap changes with RPM and goes away after warm? If so try adding Marvel Mystery oil it will clean the lifters. Walmart has it as do auto parts stores.
