CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON EVERY TIME YOU LET OFF THE GAS AND COAST LIKE TO A RED LIGHT OR STOP SIGN. BUT WHEN YOU GIVE IT GAS TO GO IT WILL GO OFF. I TOOK IT TO HAVE THE EMISSIONS TEST FIGURING IT WOULD FAIL BUT IT PASSED. WHEN THE LIGHT IS ON IT RUNS A LITTLE ROUGH AND SOMETIMES IT FEELS LIKE IT WANTS TO GO DEAD BUT OTHER WISE WHEN THE LIGHT IS OFF IT FEELS LIKE IT RUNS AND CRANKS FINE. WHAT COULD CAUSE THIS PROBLEM?

Several things could cause it. Manily sensors. Pull the code. On a 94 you can do it with a paper clip and count the engine light flashes. They will be three digit codes.
