My 94 f150 would not start so I replaced the battery, starter solenoid and the ignition switch. The truck will start if I jump it across the starter solenoid with a bump tester but it will not start with the key. It also shows low voltage on the in dash volt meter but after it starts it shows good voltage.

When you turn the key, do you hear anything? Have you checked the starter relay, ignition switch? Also, make sure the ground to the engine block is good, clean and tight.

Let me know what you find.
