Look under the steering column right by the wheel youll see a cover, has like 5 or 6 holes in it, 4 of them have phillips screws in them, remove that cover.

Then you will see a little silver button at the end of the key cylinder on the bottom, itll move when you wiggle the cylinder, take and drill that out, and from there you can pull out your cylinder.
