sometime when i'm driving my truck and i push in the clutch to change gears, it will idle really fast

Check your throttle and cable for binding...remove the cable from the throttle body, then operate the throttle by hand, any binding or loosness in the plate and shaft means replace throttlebody, if that's OK check the cable for binding...
