1993 Ford F-150 CHANGING FRONT BRAKES

HOW DO I CHANGE FRONT BRAKES. THERE ARE NO BOLTS TO TAKE OFF. JUST THESE THINGS STICKING OUT THAT YOU SQEEZE. BUT THEY WONT PUSH THRU. OR DO YOU HAVE TO TURN THEM. IF SO WICH WAY DO YOU TURN THEM?

If they're like what I'm thinking about, I find the easiest way to get them out is to squeeze them with a pair of needle nose pliers and tap the pliers with a hammer, then pull them out the other side when you can get a grip on them. Then the caliper should just pull right off.
