on my f150 the rear fuel pump has gone out can I tack this tank out all togeth and use a stander fuel pump

Your has two low pressure pumps, one in each tank and a high pressure pump on the frame, you can transfer it over to a single tank system, but it might cost as much or more to do it. You'll need to get a high pressure pump for your front tank and eliminate the high pressure pump on the frame.
