1993 Ford F-150 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my rear brake/tail light/ wont work with the headlights on. i replaced the headlight switch thinking that was the problem. when i replaced it the problem wasnt solved. the rear lights still dont work. any help anyone

this is normally caused by a faulty ground wire. check the wiring, especially grounds , at the headlight switch and at the taillight assembly in question.
