1992 Ford F150 gaskets

I recently had to adjust a rocker arm, when I removed the valve cover there wasnt a gasket, I put a gasket on the side I worked on, do I need to install a gasket on the valve cover I didnt work on?

Hi there,

If there is no leak, i would be thinking that there is a gasket fitted, so if this is the case and there is no leak, leave it be.
