1992 Ford F150 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have dual tanks the front tank dont work why does the gas from the rear tank pour out of the front

check valves in the tanks are bad allowing fuel to come out one tank and go to the other until it overfills and runs over.

if the pumps were recently changed, someone forgot the check valves on the original pumps
