1992 Ford F150 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

on take offs my truck only goes five miles and hour even when i push the gass why??

In park or neutral, does the engine rev? Have you checked to see if the catylatic converter is plugged? Have you checked fuel pump pressure?
