1991 Ford F150 uneven tire wearing

i am having a problem with my front passenger tire it is only wearing on the outside i dont know what the problem is and i get a popping noise from the passenger side when i turn do you have any idea what is wrong

That problem has plagued trucks with twin "I" beam suspension since it was created. The problem multiplies when the truck carries weight that constantly changes the height. They make offset bushings to correct the camber during a wheel alignment but if the truck is loaded, the camber will constantly be changing anyway.
