We had a broken head gasket. The head gasket was replaced and now the oil pressure is reading high. After driving the truck for about 2 to 3 miles it starts smoking trough the exhaust and at idle it starts shaking. After 15min of driving the check engine light also comes on. What could my problem be?

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge if normal replace the oil pressure switch abnormal could be the oil pump and engine bearings

Also you need to scan the computer for code/s
