1991 Ford F150 cooling system

truck runs hot. cannot find any leaks. bottom and top hose on radiator is hot. bottom of radiator around drain cock is cold. cannot drain water from radiator thru drain cock unless truck is running then it gets hot around drain cock. i was also told it could be a blown head gasket can you help

Try flushing the cooling system out and replace the thermostat and see what happens. Probably air in it and needs bleeding out.
