Hi I have a 1991 Ford F150 with 90,000 miles. I was wondering if you have heard of this before im sure its common, anyways. I was driving and it started to stall in 1st gear and I quickly switched to 2nd gear and then I acceleratred and it went no where. I pullled off into the side of the highway, and I would try every gear and it would get into them, but when accelerated it went no where. Almost like the driveshaft has dropped but its still in tact haha. Maybe the hydrualic slave unit for the clutch? Not sure. Please help in any way possible. The clutch is new within a year or two.

Sounds like the clutch is bad. If the slave cylinder were to fail you would not be able to shift it out of gear. It would essential be stuck without a clutch but you can get from gear to gear. So I would start with the clutch itself.
