1990 Ford F150 netural saftey switch?

1990 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My truck will crank over if you jump the soleniod but not with the key. I have replaced the solenoid,starter,and ignition switch. Could it be the neutral saftey switch? if so where is it located.

neutral safety switch is located on left side of the transmission. try starting it with gear selector in neutral.
