truck starts and runs fine until engine reaches operating temp..then it acts like it is loading up with fuel, and starts chugging, and wants to stall. then it takes 3 or 4 times to get it running again with the gas pedal on the floor. would this be an engine coolant temp sensor problem??? any help is greatly appreciated!!!

It could be the ambient temp sensor. Has the check engine light come on?
