1989 Ford F150 head gasket

Am told I have a blown head gasket. There was air in the cooling system, and it was starting to run hot. I haven't worked on vehicles in many years, and never on fuel injected system. Is this repair too much for a non-mechanic?

Did they tell you whick head gasket is blown? This job and be very extensive. You also need to know what to check for. For example if you replace the head gasket but the head is warped. It will still do the same thing.
