Truck is hard to start. It takes 2 to 4 times to crank before it starts even when its warmed up.

Just recently my gas gauge does not register. It started acting funny by registering full then empty then half full and now it does not move off of empty at all after purchasing gas.

While driving down the road the engine starts to hesitate, then stops running and won't start again. If left alone for a few hours sometimes it will crank. It does not show it is running hot.

Since this problem started there is a slight noise that sounds like pressure seepage coming from inside under the dash or under the floorboard. The longer you drive the louder it gets and can then be heard outside the truck.

We have replaced 2 pumps two different times. (One being a rail pump). One in the gas tank and one outside underneath.

It will run for several days and then the problem starts all over again.

What could it be and how much to repair?
