1988 Ford F150 moisture into breather

have moisture coming from the tube that comes from the valve cover to the air breather, when driving i can smell odor like something is burning

What's causing that is the vehicle is not being properly warmed up. Replace the PCV valve and PCV filter in the air cleaner.
