Changed fuel presure regulator, fuel pumps, filters. Fowls out plugs in short time of running. Acts like flooding of fuel system. Not carberated, injection system. Gas milage is about 8 miles to gallon and I know it can get 12 or more if it ran good.
Please give me some advise on what steps to take next. It's a good truck hate to junk it.

So pressure should be OK. Have you cleaned the injectors? And O2 sensors and the ECT(engine coolant temp) sensors can cause the truck to stay in closed loop. This is warm up mode and runs extra rich.175,000 miles means this truck is overdue for new O2 sensors, MAF sensor at the air filter is used during warm up, O2's are added in open loop operation(warm engine) Thermostat is important as well, if it's NO good, engine takes too long to reach operating temps.I have seen rotted tstats, like open at all times. Is the check engine light on?

The other thing is have you checked the fuel pressure regulator? Remove the vacuum line and smell for gas, if ANY gas is in the vacuum line replace the regulator.
