Running to rich could be several things. Could you tell time of last tune, any repairs, have you every replaced CAT or O2 sensor. What is compression?
Any miss at idle? Ect. Anything would help

Replaced spark plugs last week. I haven't replaced the sensor but replaced the fuel module 2 weeks ago. Don't know what the cat is. Compression seems to be alright.

Catalitic convertor if operating below effeciency level HC will be high. Also leaking injector may want to clean and decarboning throttle body may help.
