1985 Ford F150 no brakes

All of a sudden I have no brakes. When I push down on the brake pedal it just goes right to the floor. I added brake fluid to the master cylinder. There's alot of rust underneath the truck but it appears all the lines are in tact. Thanks for any feedback.

If there's no physical brake leakage from the calipers/wheel cylinders and brake lines-replace the brake master cylinder.
