My front left and right turn signal lights (Parking Assembly) want come on, however, the rear turn signal lights will come on when the when the left and right lever is activated. The bulbs have been changed, but they still will not come on. Please advised. Thank you.

Have you checked/replaced the turn signal flasher? On older truck, it's usually right on the fuse box, they are round shaped.
