Theres only one real way to put them on.

Are the heads on the vehicle or off?

The heads are on the truck.I heard there was a simplier way to do it. You use a spring compressor and do each one at a time. But you coil some rope down in each one so it doesnt fall through. You put the valve stem guides on one at a time.

You can use rope, but ive always used compressed air. Works alot better. Just get the proper threaded adapter usually from a compression tester and just hook it up to a air compressor hose that way.
