1986 Ford F-100 no fuel pumping to engine

i am getting power to my high pressure fuel pump but its not sending fuel to engine what could be the problem

Hello,

Ok, you are getting power to it. Does it run when key it turned to on position?

If High pressure pump is working then need to check low pressure pomp that is in the tank.

it only worked with a jumper wire

Ok, in the engine compartment on the driver side firewall there is a Fuel Pump Cut-Off Relay. Check out link below for testing....
