1979 Ford F-100 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I HAVE REBUILT THE CARB AND REPLACED THE PLUGS,WIRES D.CAP,ROTOR BUTTON HOWEVER THE TRUCK CAN BE IDLEING PERFECTLY AND JUST SHUT OFF LIKE SOMEONE HITS A KILL SWITCH BUT WILL REFIRE MOST TIMES.

Check and test the the coil, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module-could also be the ignition switch-
