Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.com. My first suspect is the electronic engine control relay (EEC) or Power Control module relay (PCM). It is located on the relay box under the hood. If it fails, it will shut spark and fuel off to the engine. I have attached a picture of the relay box which identifies it as a PCM relay. The box should be on the passenger side inner fender, under the hood.
If there is another relay in the box with the same part number, switch them and see if it starts. If you want to check the relay itself. Here are directions:
